MalaCards based summary : Acute Cystitis, also known as urinary tract infection, is related to neonatal urinary tract infectious disease and urethral syndrome, and has symptoms including fever, pruritus and uti symptoms. An important gene associated with Acute Cystitis is IL6 (Interleukin 6), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Toll-Like receptor Signaling Pathways and Immune response IL-23 signaling pathway. The drugs Estradiol and Epinephrine have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include kidney, testes and spinal cord.

Disease Ontology : 12 A cystitis characterized by a sudden onset or severe symptoms.
