MalaCards: Coronary Aneurysm, also known as arteriovenous aneurysm of coronary vessels, is related to kawasaki disease and systemic lupus erythematosus. An important gene associated with Coronary Aneurysm is LTA (lymphotoxin alpha), and among its related pathways are RIP-mediated NFkB activation via ZBP1 and Transcription NF-kB signaling pathway. The compounds prednisolone and pentoxifylline have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include whole blood, lymph node and heart, and related mouse phenotype respiratory system.
