MalaCards based summary: Fournier Gangrene, also known as fournier's gangrene, is related to adenocarcinoma and mixed malaria. An important gene associated with Fournier Gangrene is CD40LG (CD40 Ligand), and among its related pathways are FOXA2 and FOXA3 transcription factor networks and Collagen biosynthesis and modifying enzymes. Affiliated tissues include liver, heart and breast, and related mouse phenotypes are hematopoietic system and immune system.
