MalaCards: Hypoadrenalism, also known as adrenal gland hypofunction, is related to hypercalcemia and addison's disease. An important gene associated with Hypoadrenalism is CRH (corticotropin releasing hormone), and among its related pathways are Glucocorticoid Pathway (HPA Axis), Pharmacodynamics and Selected targets of CREB1. The drugs dehydroepiandrosterone and triamcinolone acetonide and the compounds dopamine and anastrozole have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skeletal muscle, kidney and adrenal gland, and related mouse phenotypes are endocrine/exocrine gland and hematopoietic system. |
