MalaCards based summary: Lichen Sclerosus, also known as lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, is related to vitiligo and breast cancer, and has symptoms including An important gene associated with Lichen Sclerosus is ECM1 (extracellular matrix protein 1), and among its related pathways are Cell adhesion ECM remodeling and Hematopoietic cell lineage. The compounds keratan sulfate and hydralazine have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin, breast and t cells, and related mouse phenotypes are muscle and normal.
