Wikipedia:63 Lymphadenopathy refers to lymph nodes which are abnormal in size, number or consistency and is often... more...

MalaCards: Lymphadenitis, also known as chronic lymphadenitis, is related to pharyngitis and suppurative lymphadenitis. An important gene associated with Lymphadenitis is HSF4 (heat shock transcription factor 4), and among its related pathways are Regulation of IFNG signaling and LDL Oxidation in Atherogenesis. The compounds estrogen and dimethyl fumarate have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include lymph node, testes and breast, and related mouse phenotypes are tumorigenesis and cardiovascular system.
