Wikipedia:66 Peripheral neuropathy (PN) is damage or disease affecting nerves, which may impair sensation, movement,... more...

MalaCards: Mononeuritis, also known as idiopathic peripheral neuropathy, is related to mononeuritis multiplex and pancreatitis. An important gene associated with Mononeuritis is MPO (myeloperoxidase), and among its related pathways are C-MYB transcription factor network and Selenium Pathway. The compounds propylthiouracil and cytochalasin b have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include b cells, heart and small intestine, and related mouse phenotype immune system.
