MalaCards: Neuroepithelioma, also known as neuroectodermal tumors, is related to medulloblastoma and cerebral primitive neuroectodermal tumor. An important gene associated with Neuroepithelioma is EWSR1 (EWS RNA-binding protein 1), and among its related pathways are Selected targets of CREB1 and Notch Pathway. The compounds cycloheximide and askin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include adrenal gland, and related mouse phenotypes are adipose tissue and embryogenesis.
