MalaCards: Panhypopituitarism, also known as panhypopituitarism nos, is related to diabetes insipidus and sheehan syndrome. An important gene associated with Panhypopituitarism is SOX3 (SRY (sex determining region Y)-box 3), and among its related pathways are Glucocorticoid receptor regulatory network and Insulin Processing. The compounds estrogen and dopamine have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include liver, brain and lung, and related mouse phenotypes are endocrine/exocrine gland and adipose tissue.
