MalaCards: Uterine Fibroid, also known as plexiform leiomyoma, is related to leiomyoma and sarcoma. An important gene associated with Uterine Fibroid is IL10 (interleukin 10). The compounds nad+ and isocitrate have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include uterus, smooth muscle and testes.
